The 26th Annual Oktoberfest is brewing at Bold Point Park on the East Providence waterfront… It’s back on Columbus Day weekend, Saturday October 6th! It’s the original Rhode Island Oktoberfest with Biergartens featuring dozens of seasonal, craft, imported and local brews, autumnal libations, food trucks offering traditional German favorites and festival fare, and a lively backdrop of spirited Bavarian/American entertainment. Join us for the annual gathering of friends celebrating the Fall and little Bavaria in RI!

Prost at Oktoberfest! This exclusive ticket grants you all-day and night admission to Oktoberfest, access to the open-air Prost Private waterside lounge with cocktail service, a private beer bar, a flight sampling of 4 Oktoberfest brews, official Oktoberfest beer stein, a complimentary beer or cocktail and a bratwurst from the Brat Bar for an authentic German treat with all the fixings. “East Coasts Award Winning Polka Band”
The band attended the 2004 Grammy Ceremony in Los Angeles, CA. In 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 the band won “Favorite Band Of The Year” by the International Polka Association Music Hall of Fame Awards in Chicago, IL The leader Dennis Polisky was inducted into the Polka Hall of Fame of Chicago, IL in 2007. Maestro’s Men have performed at the Lowell Folk Fest, Spiedie Fest, MT Snow, Killington Oktoberfest, Hunter Mountain, Chicago IPA Fest, Pulaski WI Polka Days Fest, Ocean Mist – Matunuck RI to name a few.

Q: IS THERE AN AGE MINIMUM FOR THE EVENT?
A: No, there is no age minimum for this event. However, it is targeted to adults with the “beer fest” program but children are welcome.
Q: HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS AND WHEN IS WILL CALL OPEN?
A: It’s easy to get your tickets! The fastest way to get your tickets is to order online and print them right at home. To order by phone call Ticketmaster 1.800.745.3000. To order in advance at the box office please click here for location and hours. Day-of ticket sales and Will Call will be available at the box office at Bold Point Park, located right near the event entrance, beginning at 10am.
Q: WHAT DO I GET WITH MY TICKET?
A: This is not your average beer festival! Oktoberfest is a cultural entertainment festival featuring 8 hours of ongoing entertainment throughout the day including die Schlauberger, a German-American spirited OOMPAH party band, Dennis Polisky & The Maestro’s Men, the East Coast’s Award Winning Polka Band, and our official Oktoberfest DJ hosting interactive contests.
- Food and Beverage are not included with your ticket price but you will find our ticket prices are more affordable than other “beer events” in the area.
- There is authentic German food in addition to favorite festival offerings for sale
- Dozens of international, domestic and local brews including seasonal varietals for sale
- A festive outdoor atmosphere right on the East Providence waterfront. Enjoy the fall and vibrant foliage before the colder temps arrive!
Q: IF IT RAINS, DOES THE EVENT GO ON?
A: You bet! The event is rain or shine and you are welcome to bring an umbrella if it does rain.
Q: MY TICKET SAYS “GA”. ARE THERE ANY SEATS AT THE EVENT OR CAN I BRING A CHAIR OR BLANKET?
A: “GA” refers to General Admission. While we do have limited seating throughout the event site, including tables and chairs, we do not have reserved seating at the event. This is a general admission “standing room/festival style” event but you are welcome to bring your own chairs or blankets.
Q: CAN I RE-ENTER THE EVENT IF I LEAVE?
A: Yes! You will be able to re-enter the event throughout the day and night.
Q: CAN I BRING MY OWN GLASSWARE INTO THE EVENT?
A: Yes! You can bring your own glassware into the event. Bartenders will not pour directly into your glass but you are welcome to transfer your drink into your own glass. There will also be glassware available for purchase at the event.
Q: CAN I BRING A COOLER OR MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGE INTO THE EVENT?
A: We do not allow coolers, large bags or outside food and beverage into the event. If you do need a large bag to be brought into the event, it will be subject to a search upon entry and items not permitted into the event will need to be removed. For a complete list of policies, please click here.

Q: ARE PETS WELCOME AT THE FESTIVAL?
A: We love those furry friends, but unless they are certified assistance service animals unfortunately we cannot allow them inside the event.
